1. Information we collect

• Profile information you choose to add inside the Social Service, such as a bio, preferred writing style, industry, or interests
• Content you write, upload, or generate through the Social Service, including:
  • Prompts and instructions you give to our tools
  • Draft posts, comments, threads, blogs, and other content, including AI assisted drafts
• Feedback, survey responses, and support requests

If we offer paid plans, we may collect limited billing related information. Payment card data is usually processed directly by our payment processor, not stored in full by Supaku.

b. Information we collect automatically

When you use the Social Service we automatically collect certain technical information, such as:

• Device and browser information (for example browser type, operating system, IP address, user agent, language, time zone)
• Usage information, including pages viewed, features used, click paths, timestamps, and error reports
• Log data related to API calls, queued jobs, and integration activity

c. Information from the browser extension and connected accounts

The Social Service is designed to learn from your real social behavior to build a private persona model and help you write content in your own voice.

With your explicit permission, our browser extension and integrations may collect:

  • The fact that you liked, followed, replied, or bookmarked certain content
  • The profiles and pages you follow or unfollow
  • High level engagement metrics for your own posts
• Content you write on those platforms, for example:
  • Posts, comments, replies, and messages you draft or send while the extension is active
  • Drafts that you request the Social Service to generate or refine
• Account level information from supported platforms or tools when you authorize an integration, such as:
  • Public profile information and handles
  • Basic analytics about your reach and engagement
  • Access tokens or keys that allow us to act on your behalf according to the permissions you approve

We collect only the scopes that are necessary to provide the requested features, and we rely on the permissions screens and documentation presented during the connection process to describe what is shared.

You can disconnect integrations or disable the browser extension at any time, although some features may then stop working.

2. How we use information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

Provide and improve the Social Service

• Operate the website, browser extension, and APIs
• Generate, refine, and format content in your voice
• Curate inspiration feeds and suggestions that match your interests
• Maintain your persona model and associated recommendations

• Schedule, queue, and publish posts and comments on your behalf when you request it

Security and abuse prevention

• Protect accounts and integrations from unauthorized access

• Develop new features and experiments

Legal, compliance, and enforcement

We do not sell your personal information.

We may use de identified or aggregated data for analytics, research, and product development. When we do this, we take steps so that the data cannot reasonably be linked back to specific individuals.

3. Use of AI and third party providers

The Social Service uses artificial intelligence models to help generate and refine content and recommendations. This can involve:

• Receiving generated output and showing it to you as suggestions or drafts

4. How we share information

We share information only as needed to operate the Social Service and as described below.

a. Other Supaku services

We share limited information with Supaku Account and other Supaku products so they can:

• Authenticate you and maintain a consistent profile
• Understand which Supaku products you use
• Provide cross product features where you choose to enable them

Any such sharing happens within the Supaku family and is governed by compatible policies.

b. Service providers

We use third party service providers to help run the Social Service, including hosting, storage, analytics, logging, customer support, email delivery, payment processing, and AI model hosting. These providers may access personal information only to perform services for us and must protect it under written agreements.

c. Connected platforms and tools

When you connect a social platform, scheduling tool, or other integration, we share information with that integration according to its documented behavior and the permissions you approve. This may include:

• Content you ask us to publish
• Scheduling and metadata
• Analytics or feedback written back to the Social Service

Your use of an integration is also subject to that platform's own terms and policies.

d. Business transfers and legal reasons

We may disclose or transfer information:

• In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of our business
• When we believe disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with law, regulation, legal process, or government request
• To protect the rights, property, or safety of Supaku, our users, or the public

We do not share your personal information with third parties for their independent advertising or marketing purposes.

5. International users

Supaku LLC is based in New York, United States, and the Social Service is primarily operated on infrastructure located in the United States. Our service providers may process information in other countries.

If you access the Social Service from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other jurisdictions that may have different data protection laws than your country.

Regardless of where information is processed, we handle personal information as described in this Privacy Policy and take steps designed to keep it protected.

6. Data security

When information is no longer needed, we delete or de identify it in line with our retention practices and applicable law. In some cases, we may need to retain limited logs or backup copies for a period after account closure.

Within the Social Service and your browser, you can:

• Connect or disconnect social accounts and integrations
• Adjust extension settings and disable the extension
• Manage cookie and tracking preferences as described in the Cookie Policy
• Request deletion of drafts or personas, subject to technical limits and legal requirements

You can also contact us using the information below to request access to or deletion of your personal information held by the Social Service, subject to legal limits and verification of your identity.

9. Children's privacy

The Social Service is not intended for children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If you believe we have collected personal information from a child under 13, contact us so that we can take appropriate steps.

10. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and may provide additional notice where required.
